Our scented oils are made to fit easily into your everyday life. They don’t require new or elaborate routines in the name of wellness, feel free to use them whenever the mood takes you. For inspiration, we’ve made a few suggestions below.
At Work
Take Time
The working day can be long and all encompassing, hence the well-timed use of scented oils can help – allowing for a moment to calm when stressed, or to pause and re-energise. Take regular short breaks when possible, change your scene, apply the oil to your pulse points and focus on deepening your breath. Tune into your senses, the scent and sounds that surround you, and feel a shift in your mood.
During Meditation
Find Focus
Aromatherapy has long been used as part of the ritual of meditation, though this doesn’t have to be complicated. When settling down to meditate, scent can be a supportive addition – apply to pulse points before you begin and let it help focus and refocus the mind, travel with you as thoughts drift, evoke fresh settings and feelings as you inhale and exhale, and then bring you back into the present.
When Exercising
Add Motivation
Beyond the scent, functional fragrance is a whole-body experience that can draw parallels with exercise. Tied to breathwork and with the ability to create shifts in the body’s systems, scented oils can enhance and optimise your workout. Apply to pulse points at the start of your session, whether in the gym, studio or out in the open air and allow yourself to be fully in the present moment as you move and breathe.
