Orders placed before 12.00pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays.

We are able to ship orders to most countries in the European Union. Plus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. We are currently unable to ship orders to the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal and Slovakia.

Please note that any taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We work closely with our fulfilment partner to secure the most suitable shipping services and we offer complimentary shipping on orders over 100 Euros.

We accept returns within 14 days from delivery as long as the product is unused, original packaging undamaged, and the security seal intact. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further info.
