SCENTED OILS
How To Use
Our scented oils are designed to enhance wellbeing through sense of smell and transdermal absorption, so as long as they are applied directly to the skin and you can smell them, you are doing it right. To maximise these effects, we recommend applying to the pulse points, as detailed below.
Wrists
In long strokes, roll back and forth 10 times, rub wrists gently together and bring them up to your nose. Breathe deeply and feel the stream of sensations take effect.
Neck
Start from behind your ears, rolling downwards about seven times on both sides. Take a deep inhale, exhale and enjoy the moment.
Temples
For a more immersive experience, apply to your temples in five small circular motions on either side (making sure to avoid the eyes). Breathe, perhaps close your eyes for a moment, and notice how you feel.
